    On 28 July 2019, Mahmood Dullah Chaudhry MRPharmS, aged 68 years, of Waterlooville, Hampshire. Mr Chaudhry registered with the Society in 1975.

    On 26 July 2019, Carol Rosemary Ayton MRPharmS, aged 83 years, of Oxford. Mrs Ayton registered with the Society in 1959.

    On 11 June 2019, Robin Porter MRPharmS, aged 68 years, of Kettering, Northamptonshire. Mr Porter registered with the Society in 1977. 

  • Tribute: Islwyn (Lyn) Owen

    I worked with Lyn for all of his years at the Royal London Hospital. He was principal pharmacist in quality assurance (QA) for most of that period, until 1994. He was such an asset to the department as he combined his knowledge and understanding of quality with a true awareness of patients and their needs.   • Deaths: Islwyn (Lyn) Owen

    On 27 June 2019, Islwyn (Lyn) Owen, aged 70 years, of Emsworth, Hampshire and Hackney, London. A former member of the Royal Electronicjuice, Mr Owen worked until 1994 as principal pharmacist in quality control at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel, before going on to do locum work in London, Oxford and the Hampshire region.
