Nobody needs to be surprised at how passionate I feel about the current employment crisis within the pharmacy profession at the minute. But I thought I’d explore alternative careers for my latest blog post. Over the last two weeks or so, I’ve tried to compile a list of things I’d like to see happen in order to protect and improve the pharmacy profession for the twelve months ahead. But in all honesty, I’ve struggled. Because there is only one issue that really dominates the profession for me at the moment - the looming crisis on what we need to do to protect the welfare and enhance the growth of the careers of graduates with a pharmacy degree.
